Per-account data isolation
Every account's data is scoped and isolated. Larger plans run on a dedicated instance with its own database — your data never shares tables with anyone else's.
Secure sign-in (MFA & OTP)
Owner logins are protected with TOTP multi-factor authentication; tenant logins use passwordless WhatsApp / email OTP. Sessions are authenticated and access is role-based.
Encrypted secrets
API keys and credentials (WhatsApp, Razorpay, Google, etc.) are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM — never stored in plain text, never shown back in the UI.
Roles & permissions
Granular roles control who can see and do what. The AI assistant respects those permissions and confirms any sensitive action before it runs.

We never sell your data
Your business data is yours. We don't share or sell it, and we don't train public models on it. You can export or remove your data on request.

Security FAQ
Is my data shared with other customers?
No. Data is isolated per account, and larger plans get a dedicated database/instance — there's no shared-table commingling.
How are my API keys stored?
Encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. They're decrypted only in memory to make the call, and never returned to the browser.
Do you train AI on my data?
No — your business data isn't used to train public models. The assistant only acts on your data to do the work you ask of it.
Can I control what the AI can do?
Yes — roles and permissions apply to the assistant too, and it confirms sensitive actions before executing them.
